Protein oatmeal bars with dark chocolate

Healthy, fiber-rich bars packed with natural energy. Thanks to Beyuna Protein, they provide long-lasting satiety and support muscle recovery, without unnecessary additives. Wrap each bar individually in parchment paper and store in the refrigerator, so you'll always have a healthy snack on hand.

Ingredients (for approx. 8 bars)
  • 150 g rolled oats
  • 1 scoop (30 g) Beyuna Protein powder
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 tablespoons nut butter (almond or peanut butter, 100%)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 50 g dark chocolate (min. 80% cocoa), coarsely chopped
  • Pinch of sea salt
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a small baking dish (about 20x20 cm) with parchment paper. Mash the bananas in a large bowl and add the nut butter and melted coconut oil. Mix everything well until smooth. Then add the oats, Beyuna Protein, cinnamon, and seeds (if using) and stir until a firm mixture forms. Then fold in the dark chocolate pieces. Pour the mixture into the baking dish, press it down firmly, and smooth the top. Bake the bars in the center of the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown. Let them cool completely before slicing.
